More than 50 visited the SriLankan Catering unit organised by Chef Alan and his team.Participants were given a tour of the facilities, and briefed on several aspects, and a typical day of the chef at work.
It was definitely a success and everyone has a better appreciation of the operations at a flight catering unit.
